Based on reception in a standalone role, your duties would include:
- Answering the phone, directing calls, and emailing detailed messages to relevant staff members.
- Meeting and greeting visitors and informing the relevant staff member.
- Booking meeting rooms.
- Assisting with Admin duties, which would include inputting information into the computer.
The ideal applicant should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise at all levels. Be a good team player, be able to remain calm under pressure and have a positive approach to life.
