Distinction for DeborahJuly 31, 2018 | Hawkins Ryan
One of our newest recruits, Deborah Slow, has achieved a stunning array of results in her Legal Practice Course exams on her way to becoming a solicitor. In her last exams, Deborah achieved 91% in Family Law to go along with a brace of 80%s in Employment and Private Client and a distinction in Property.
Deborah’s overall results led to her being awarded a distinction which is a tremendous accolade for her and a testament to her hard work and determination to qualify as a solicitor.
Deborah works alongside partner, Andrew Stevenson, in the firm’s private client department and he commented “All credit to Deborah. These exams are not easy and she has really worked hard and shown her natural capability. Now she can look forward to qualifying as a solicitor. Deborah is a real credit to the department and the firm. Although she has not been with us for very long, she has already demonstrated how she can apply her intellectual ability to the quality of her work and her ability to understand and get along with clients and help them solve their problems. I look forward to seeing how far Deborah can develop and am sure she shall be an asset to the firm and the profession.”
Deborah deals with drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney and administering the estates of deceased clients. If you wish to contact Deborah, email her at Deborah.Slow@hawkinsryan.comBack to news >
